Family History: Originally, his ancestors were from the Moon Village. But for some reason not very clear they had defected and is now living in the RAIN village. Even though it happened a very long time ago…and even though it wasn’t clear why they came to live in the village…a lot of the “original” members of the rain village don’t trust their family. Some actually despise them especially since...they seem to be well to do

The family’s special bloodline has the ability to enhance “zun” A technique that enables a person to sense chi, chakra, reiki, aura or anything similar found in the body from a distance … “zun” is not a special bloodline technique. However, the Tsukyomi bloodline enables them to enhance the ability and thus able to sense aura and such in a far greater distance.

Personality: “USUALLY” calm and collected … except… hehehehe
He is a smart boy, who seem always sure of himself…

Personal Bio: Soushi, had been accelerated twice, he is the youngest in their class. But because he is smart and proved to be a great descision maker he was made leader of his team despite the fact the Village Head’s daughter is on the same team as him (Seiji Keiichi). He is usually calm and collected but Keiichi always manages to annoy him.
He and Keiichi argues a lot and Kouji usually ends up being their referee/baby sitter

He isn’t particulary strong. And isnt really an expert of a lot of jutsus ( he knows a lot of jutsus but his ability to use them is just average or a little above average) However he is a very good strategist. And uses his ability to enhance “zun’ to his and his team’s advantage.

Jutsus:
“Zun” - A technique that enables a person to sense chi, chakra, reiki, aura or anything similar found in the body from a distance. (Zun will not let you see Chi Chakra etc..like Byakugan…but it will let you feel it…and thus tell you where it is )

Enhanced “Zun” – using his bloodline limit he is able to enhance the range of his “zun” to a far greater distance.

--- Okay… There is no known written information about life in the Village of Rain…
here’s my version of their…well government...hehehe
The Village is headed by the Seiji Family. The Ninja Levels are still the same… Jounin, Genins and Chunnins and Anbus and stuff like that…
However, theres a Group called “Specials Squad” (note Specials not special) .. They are called “Specials” because they specialize in 1 field of technique (techniques in Rain Villagw like the ‘zun tech” I mentioned above ) They only answer to the Village chief… and no one else...unlike the other ninja classes.
They are usually considered the strongest class..
There are 8 special techniques…and 8 members of the Specials Unit…including Soushi’s sister Miya
